WHAT  KIND OF EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED?
Shin guards
Soccer shoes (NO baseball or football cleats)
Appropriate size soccer ball:
 *U5‐U8 = SIZE  3 BALL
 *U9‐U12 = SIZE  4 Ball
 *U13+ = SIZE  5 Ball
 WATER, WATER, WATER!

WHO  WILL BE MY PLAYERS COACH?  ALL  COACHES ARE VOLUNTEERS. THEY ARE USUALLY A PARENT OF A PLAYER ON THE TEAM. CROSBY SOCCER CURRENTLY REQUIRES A BACKGROUND CHECK AND TWO ONLINE COURSES THAT INCLUDE SAFE SPORT AND CONCUSSION PROTOCOL.
WITHOUT A VOLUNTEER COACH ALL TEAMS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY.

WHAT  DAYS WILL MY TEAM PRACTICE AND HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK?
MOST  TEAMS WILL PRACTICE 1‐2 DAYS  A WEEK, EITHER  MON/WED  OR TUE/THU. THE  PRACTICE SCHEDULE  WILL DEPEND ON THE VOLUNTEER COACH’S  SCHEDULE AND PRACTICE FIELD AVAILABILITY.

WHAT  DO THE REGISTRATION FEES COVER?
THE FEES VARY DEPENDING ON THE AGE GROUP. EVERY  AGE PAYS THE STATE  AND LOCAL ASSOCIATION  FEE, FIELD  MAINTENANCE FEE,  REFEREE  FEES, ADMINISTRATION  FEE, SECONDARY  INSURANCE AND UNIFORM FEE. 
 
WAYS  TO VOLUNTEER? EVERY PERSON HAS DIFFERENT SKILL SETS, A  VOLUNTEER CAN PERFORM JUST ONE OR TWO DUTIES WHICH CAN HELP THE ORGANIZATION  GROW. A  COUPLE OF EXAMPLES OF WAYS TO HELP  WOULD  BE: (HELPING  WITH MENTORING NEW COACHES, HELPING  DURING FIELD WORK DAYS, HELPING WITH PICTURES, HELPING  WITH UNIFORMS, ETC.)
